My wife and I contacted Natalie during the third trimester of our first pregnancy after hearing good things about Hypno birthing. It was the best decision we made. Natalie really helped dispell any fears, anxiety and to be honest on my part ignorance. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but it's clear that for her it's more than a job, she genuinely cares that you have the best birth experience possible and was there to support us when we needed advice. My wife and I both found the sessions gave us the tools we needed to stay calm and in control even during this pandemic. We would wholeheartedly recommend Natalie to anyone who is looking for a Hypno birthing course, and even to those who haven't considered it!

I have so much to thank Natalie and Equilibrium for. During my pregnancy I became increasingly anxious about the birth and subsequently I was recommended Equilibrium via a friend. As soon as I met Natalie for an initial friendly cup of tea, I knew things felt right. The four sessions were extremely helpful, offering confidence and knowledge on both a practical and mental level. The bond with my partner strengthened throughout as we learnt something new and important together - and I can safely say the fellow three couples in our group are now firm mates for life. It’s important to mention the value of Natalie’s support, not just before I gave birth, but in these 9 months since too. I went from someone who was pretty terrified of giving birth, to suddenly finding myself 10 days before my due date and one week into the first lockdown in March 2020 when there was a very real and frightening sense of chaos for mums about to give birth. We were told birth partners weren’t allowed under new Covid regulations until well into established labour and I simply knew I couldn’t do this alone. A complete change of direction with our birth plan followed, and with the sheer dedication of Natalie’s role as support network and friend, plus my new found knowledge of hypnobirthing and all its techniques, I gave birth to Elijah safely at home in the very thick of lockdown #1. Looking back, I still can’t believe how last minute and crazy things were, but now I hold my head up high and say it was the best decision I could have ever possibly made. An experience I can’t be certain of had it not been for that first cup of tea with Natalie.

I could not recommend the hypnobirthing course with Natalie highly enough. The course content was great, well delivered and gives you all the tools you need to have a positive birth experience, even if things don't go to plan. Natalie is very knowledgeable and provides a wealth of information related to hypnobirthing but also the wider aspects of birth. Natalie is very invested in her clients and goes above an beyond to ensure that the course addresses individual needs and that you are well supported throughout your pregnancy. If there is one course to do before birth this should be it.
